The World Café

Join us for a World Café conversation on immigration and belonging! Together, we’ll explore how U.S. immigration policies have evolved and examine their impact on the experiences and rights of immigrants, as well as the broader effects on our society.

Using the World Café model, participants will rotate through small-group discussions to share perspectives and reflect on both historical and contemporary policy changes. We will consider how these dynamics shape today’s workplaces, communities, and cultural norms.

Through open dialogue and sharing, participants will deepen their understanding of how belonging and inclusion intersect with leadership, organizational culture, and citizenship in a globally interconnected world. All are welcome to participate—come ready to listen, share, and connect!
