While you’re a student at Michigan Ross, it’s important that you feel supported, engaged and excited about your future. If you’re passionate about creating a culture of community and belonging, and are looking to learn more about it, there are many different ways to get involved.

Graduates

As a student in our Full-Time MBA, Evening MBA, Weekend MBA, Online MBA, Executive MBA or Global MBA or PhD program, there are many different ways you can get involved at Ross. Each of our programs hosts affinity groups designed to bring together students around specific identities or interests. We also have leadership positions in many of our programs.

Staff & Faculty

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

In the Fall of 2022, we launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for Ross faculty and staff. ERGs are internal formal Ross communities for both staff an faculty. We currently have seven ERGs:

  3. Early Career Professionals at Ross
  4. Latinx ERG
  5. Parents of Ross
  6. The Trans / Non-Binary ERG Professionally: First@Ross
